That's a calliope isn't it? Popular in circus's. A lot of summer homes to the Ciruses were in Wisconsin and there is a huge museum in baraboo. For the longest time they had the circus parade in Milwaukee every summer and leading up to it would be the circus train were all the old wagons and what not would come thru town on train cars. Flyer you just rattled loose some memories Burried way down somewhere lol

They also have some at House On The Rock, north of Dodgeville. Lots of mechanical orchestras and the like. That is a super cool eclectic collection, takes more than a day to see it all. I was working in Dubuque Iowa and the wife saw an advertisement about the world's biggest carousel, I was blown away by the scope of the place. Been back two more times.

yup! That place is crazy, frank Loyd right design, I was just in dodgeville yesterday on a service call. 

 

JT if you get back to Dubuque you should check out the Mississippi River museum it's pretty cool from what I hear, it's on my list lol.
