  I read that this morning & just shook my head , what will these bone heads think of next .

They won't come after handguns the same way they do "assault weapons." Mainly because of Heller and McDonald, both of which dealt specifically with handgun bans. 

What I fully expect to see in the coming years, tied into another attempted AWB, is another nationwide magazine capacity restriction. That's how they approach handguns. 

If course, if Monica's ex-boyfriend's wife gets elected and gets a chance to nominate some 3 SCOTUS justices, we may very well see Heller and McDonald overturned. Or at least have enough exceptions carved out of them that they will serve no real purpose.

That is a certainty and the reason this election is so important.

Ye of little faith.  When have SCOTUS rulings stopped politicos from trying anything?
