COBrien Posted June 26, 2016 Report Posted June 26, 2016 They won't come after handguns the same way they do "assault weapons." Mainly because of Heller and McDonald, both of which dealt specifically with handgun bans. What I fully expect to see in the coming years, tied into another attempted AWB, is another nationwide magazine capacity restriction. That's how they approach handguns. If course, if Monica's ex-boyfriend's wife gets elected and gets a chance to nominate some 3 SCOTUS justices, we may very well see Heller and McDonald overturned. Or at least have enough exceptions carved out of them that they will serve no real purpose.
