DPMS GII / Windham Weaponry

Started looking into a DPMS type 308 and I really like the DPMS GII and Windham 308's. I like the light weight and the use of what appears to be a AR15 lower. Not real crazy about the proprietary barrel extension on the DPMS limiting custom barrels though. 

Okay my real question is are there lower receivers and uppers available out there to build these GII type rifles or you limited to a complete rifle.

There is a lot more out there for the DPMS LR308 pattern rifle than any other. The GII is a completely new animal. From what I have seen there is limited after market support for the GII as it's so new. Welcome to the forum and feel free to post in the introduction section. Ha, I beat ya to it Shepp. #wink
