mineralman55 Posted February 4, 2017 Report Share Posted February 4, 2017 Read about those a while back. Fascinating on many levels. As a geologist, metallic meteorites are cooler than anything. Possibly old planet core pieces. As an amateur machinist, they spent man-weeks just figuring out how to cut each piece with the minimum of wastage. As a gun guy, they are just f'ing amazing!
