weaponizer Posted June 12, 2011 Report Share Posted June 12, 2011 Hi everyone, my love affair with the 308 began when i arrived in basic training, and i was issued an M14... The sargent said to shoot at that target that looked like a postage stamp, i said how far is that? he said 600yds. if you can see it, you can hit it, he was right and i never looked back, if fact i carried an M14 in Vietnam (man i'm showing my age)and was also issued an M60, (ahh 308 again)....In the 80's i bought a Springfield NM M1a, and last week i bought a AR10T, so you can see why i like this place..Tom Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
