Its totally up to you whether you want it to be compliant or not. Read what I posted above about traveling with it. If you have seen the latest polls not many counties are happy with the Safe Act.

Its sad to see that opposition is so small but has become the power house negating the 2nd Amendment rights of the majority in New York , just my two cents. Can you imagine the Presidential elections if there were no electoral college? The major cities would hold power over the entire country. NO THANK YOU!!!

Really sad that the city makes all the decisions for us with no regard to upstate. NYSP don't even want to be bothered with it, they have enough other stuff to handle.
