Captured Spring Recoil Systems on DPMS G2

I'm new to the forum and somewhat new to the AR platform.  I have not yet built a rifle, but want to at some point.  I bought a LR308 Gen 2 Hunter last year and love it.  Although I like the rifle, I'm not a fan of the recoil spring twang.

With the JPI and Armaspec captured spring systems out there for large frame 308 and AR-15 platforms, the technology certainly exists to fix this issue

So, has anyone integrated one of these systems into a DPMS Gen 2 308?  If so, what modifications (if any) are needed?

Personally, here's my opinion.  Don't complicate shiit with complicated shiit.

I'd fix your recoil system with stardard, functional parts, and not worry about it.  As soon as you start tossing all this fancy shiit in there, you're diagnosing more problems, downstream.

For JP - run the whole system, including LMOS BCG, or don't mess with it at all.

For the SRS - go read some reviews, man.

The DPMS G2 is not a LR308 , the two are not compatible , that is if we are talking about the smaller frame G2 DPMS Rifle & if you are , there is not much made for that Rifle in the after market world . JP info reads this about the SCS .

Not compa?ble with DPMS G2 rifles

I also don't see a noise from a properly functioning Buffer system as a problem or issue .
