one easy palet pleaser if you love garlic! 

roasted garlic

brie cheese

and bagget sliced 

425* on bake

top your whole garlic flower (cut the top of every clove ) 

make a tinfoil sleeping bag but leave the top open

drissel favorite cooking oil over open cloves and seal the top of the tinfoil.

place in oven for 45-60 min

heat brie cheese for the last 15 min in oven and bread last 5 min . 

cut bagget bread loaf to 1/2" or other slices and dig in. 

bread , brie, garlic! your shits will smell like garlic!

one of my favorites is “bucks in a blanket” 

cube up venison back strap wrap in bacon hold together with a tooth pick and grill till bacon is crisp

more complicated duck popers.. 

any meat filler will do but i like duck. 

jalepeno peppers i like the green kinda mild. your poision here also.

cream cheese and bacon.

425 * on bake

clean the jalepeno by topping it and a slice down one side. remove the seeds. 

add cubed to size meat insdide the jalepeno and a dose of cream cheese.

wrap that in a strip of bacon pinned with a toothpick. 

bake for 20-30 min size of bacon? when the bacon is done the duck should be. 

its hot so watch your roof!

Yess!!!!

the one my buddy taught me was take a bagget cut it at a 45° put some olive oil on it bake it in the oven like 350 till golden, rub it with a clove ove garlic spread some pesto on it and a slice of rare cooked duck breast cooked with alil salt and pepper
