ARTrooper
Why not just get a clamp on?

For me the clamp on is preferable but not always available in the type and size block I need. It came in super handy for getting the block location correct on my Sig 716 barrel build as the shoulder was there for the piston gas block and didn't line up. ARTrooper
I will admit, it was a little harder finding the right size diameter clamp on for my .260 in the same price range, but they are out there. Time will tell on quality though, i sure didnt splurge on the gas block. Lol
98Z5V
Yankee Hill makes a fantastic clamp-on lo-pro gas block, and it's cheap... https://yhm.net/low-profile-gas-block-pinch-screw.html
