Shot some pigs, had a bead on a gorgeous buck but his spread wasn't big enough.

Check out the exit would on that one pig's back, my buddy shot it with a 7mm mag, exit wound had broken spine frags and innards oozing out - stunk to high heaven.

I used my mini-14, shot it at 130 yards while it was still pretty damned dark.
