This case just defeated restrictions on Concealed Carry Permits.  And state lines.

The Mass law referenced here is a direct mirror image of the Cali law that's been on the books (in Cali) for a very long time.  Basically, transporting firearms THROUGH the state.  This will very directly WRECK the Cali law that's on the books there...

The Mass laws were on the books in the 70's when i was at Ft Devens.

Possession of a handgun without a ton of paperwork was an automatic year in jail.

Good to see someone is finally fighting back.
