It started before this, but the pressure of it all led to the Boston Tea Party, and that led to much, much more. We are what we are, as a nation, because of everything that led to that, the steps taken up to that, and all that happened after that. It was either December 16th or December 17th, 1773, depending on which historical account you reference. In the end, it doesn't matter what day it actually occurred, but it certainly changed the course of this young country, right then. The escalation afterwardsis what led to the founding of this great nation... If you have Fox Nation, this is a great one to watch.
