Thanks again for all the suggestions I received from everyone when I had a question.Got a little duracoat happy and used the bipod and mag as test subjects but I dont think I want anything else painted. btate868 Posted April 16, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 16, 2012 Thanks washguy. I went with the 5-15x44 Vortex Viper while it was on sale. I havent shot it yet but the mount seems to fit my needs well. I put it on then laid my head on the stock and didnt have to move it, nice height also. Its a good thing this will be shot only from the bench or prone bc it turned out pretty heavy in my opinion.
