Battle Arms Dev
Here it is, it's something mm made and suggested. The one shown in the pics was manually modified, the production version will look very close to it.Since it was mm's inspiration and creation, we'll probably adopt its namesake as well: SRT (short, relieved thick). Everyone knows our naming convention, while to the point, is rather boring, so I quite like the new name given to the 7th lever.[img width=810 height=607]http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i314/Duffypoo/ax55635.jpgI told ya that the pics of the 7th lever were floating out there :pThe short lever, while being the most popular trigger finger side lever, rubs against the top of the user's trigger finger. By relieving a short lever's tip corner where most of the interference takes place, it makes the SRT more comfortable to use on the trigger finger side. It's always a trade off, removing material usually means removing some usable leverage, in the case of the SRT lever, the leverage isn't affected proportionally to the material removed, so we deem it a good tradeoff :)

Robocop1051
<thumbsup> I like it... but I'm not giving up my crank!
Battle Arms Dev
The crank is a thumb side lever, you should keep it Robo ;D
Jgun
I lik it! In fact I think I like pretty much everything about the AXTS lower pictured (except the price). Not sure I'd be brave enough to relieve the bottom of the trigger guard THAT much, especially on a $400 plus lower.
unforgiven
What was the purpose of undercutting the triggerguard?
Robocop1051
My eyes water every time I see the AXTS price tag... :'(
Battle Arms Dev
To give the user a comfortable high hold on the pistol grip :)
