My most favoritest pistola, like evar…

My pistol only serves to get me to my rifle, but it doesn’t mean I don’t like them. 
 

I have had many types of them but one of my favorites is the TT-33 or the Norinco type 54. 
 

They are basically a ripoff of the 1903 Colt, and share similarities with the 1911. 
 

I feel equally at home with a 1911, a 17/19 Glock, a 3-4” revolver, a Jframe or dick special. But the TT-33 is my favorite. 
 

here is my Romanian TT-33 and Norinco type 54. 
 

the Norinco is better built, but I just fit a type 54 barrel to the Romanian to replace the sewer pipe it came with. 
 

for a truck or hiking pistol I trust it like no other. 
 

the 7.62x25 round has its advantages, and there are more than a few of these pistols types available in 9mm.

I have a Romainan and enjoy shooting it.

My Favorite though is my old Kimber Stainless Ultra Carry. It's so old the night sights don't glow even a little bit anymore.

I am going to revive this thread because favorite handguns is a good topic.  You know how it is, I can’t pick just one because they each have an application.  The top 3 on my all time favorite list stay loaded because I use them all the time.  The FNH FNP-45, I keep close and is my go to for full size and max capacity.  The Beretta 92FS Compact L 9mm, is my main carry OWB @ 4:00.  And lastly it is the PC M&P Shield Plus 9mm, is the most carried because it is versatile and can be concealed in many locations.  I would have a hard time changing this rotation with something else.

Since I moved my office 2 years out of the hell hole that the City of Asheville has become (3 fatal shootings in the last 2 weeks - 1 outside a gay dive bar - and one a gang related retaliatory drive-by),  I rarely carry anymore.  My pistol for fun is a Ruger Mark IV 22/45 with a Vortex Viper co-witness red dot and a Banish22 silencer.  Damn accurate even with my 60-year old eyes and Hollywood quiet.  No one even knows or cares if I plink a bit in my suburban backyard.  I'd take a picture, but I don't ant to wake the wife getting into the downstairs safe.  I prefer my mornings peaceful!
