Yes but only recently had I heard of it.

Prior to hearing of this though, I'd familiarized myself with the 3 classes of militia and had tried to educate people about their being a part of the unorganized militia.  Can you say "deaf ears"?

I do believe though that more people NOW may be willing to receive a little Dick Act to avoid being really screwed.
