I can assemble the upper with a 18" DPMS bull barrel with ~500 match rounds though it and DPMS free float hand guard for 150

How used is it?

That is pretty close to what one cost new.

Upper has about 600 rounds through it using a dpms bolt carrier and I always ran it wet so wear should be minimal. Please let me know if you need any more details.

Help the seller out a little, here - what state are you in?  If you're in some kind of east coast-west coast config here, he'll know that he can just tell you "face to face isn't really feasible..."
