Robocop1051 Posted November 16, 2012 Report Posted November 16, 2012 SOLD... SOLD... SOLD...I'm down sizing my rifle and want to offer this buffer to a new home. Exactly 160 rounds on this buffer. I love it, but I'm changing from a rifle length to a carbine, and have no use for this size anymore. This same buffer sells on Brownells for $100Enidine rifle length .308 hydraulic buffer$XX shipped to your door(Price removed for the buyers sake. He would've got a better deal if he were a 308ar.com member. Instead he bought it from "another site" and paid a sizable difference)
Robocop1051 Posted November 17, 2012 Author Report Posted November 17, 2012 I'm not sure what it would sound like with a standard round spring. I used a Tubb CS flat spring. That combo was extremely solid and quiet. The Enidine buffer is heavier than a standard A2 buffer. That helped to slow the cyclic rate, which softened the recoil. The hydraulic softens the impact of the BCG going back into battery. It made for a very even keeled shot.
