EasyEJL
I was trying to figure out what to do about BUIS, if anything... My plan is for a 3-12x50 scope, as this is intended as a hunting/target rifle more than anything. But at the same time, it would be kind of nice to have a high scope mount that had the rear buis built in, and then a flip up in front. Anyone seen one? I think I have in the past, but for the life of me can't find one now
StainTrain
Never seen anything like that...or if I did, it didn't leave a lasting impression. Good luck with your search.
unforgiven
One solution is see thru rings or QD mount for scope to get to BUIS. <dontknow>

blue109
I would think your scope would be way over bore with a ring setup like that.

EasyEJL
yeah, well the plus is that saves me some money anyhow. I guess i'll go with no buis, and if later I want something for more tactical use on it, I can add an offset red dot or something. It is primarily going to be a hunting rifle anyhow. unforgiven
Adding a red dot to scope with a seperate mount or ring with rail is doable. <dontknow>
