Tripledeuce Posted March 25, 2013 Report Posted March 25, 2013 Deer filet al-la Jirsa. Start the Kingsford, wrap the filet with thick cut peppered bacon. When coals are gray, place filets on grill. Cook @5min +or -, on all four sides. Just until the bacon is barley done. Let rest for 10 min. Cut into @ 3/4" steaks.Serve with whatever sides you like. I'v had people who ere veitarians eat these!!!! Respectfully Terry
