Powerman Posted February 2, 2014 Report Posted February 2, 2014 Makes me wonder if it was a somewhat common issue for them and this is the fix...or if they are just striving to put out the best stuff to keep up their great reputation? I considered replacing my extractor, but nothing about it seemed "worn" or wrong. I saw the standard extractor everywhere... I went to JP and they just listed a DPMS extractor. I asked when talking to them and they said they used standard DPMS or comparable extractors. That's when they told me of the new one. He didn't say they had "problems" with them... but that obviously they wanted better extraction and to slove the problem of cases slipping off the extractor. So who knows about what parts were actually sourced from where and when... but they have this redesigned one out now. The fact that I have failure to eject problems, my ejector is good, AND I have the BCM spring kit other use makes me a good candidate to see how effective this is.
survivalshop Posted February 2, 2014 Report Posted February 2, 2014 That's real good of them . Can't wait to hear testing results .
