survivalshop Posted April 24, 2017 Report Posted April 24, 2017 If Gas system is Chrome plated , lubricant is not required or necessary . Any thing used will just help gum up the system prematurely .
jtallen83 Posted April 24, 2017 Author Report Posted April 24, 2017 Looks to be chromed, used the lube to clean it up, worked great, then wiped off any extra left as the manual indicates. The rest of the operating rod and the BCG got a medium coat of lube. Another 35 rounds tonight with no issues, fingers crossed!
