greenmist
Reading the details as presented by JBS, it's pretty sick legislation that puts our state right on the threshold of Canada/AUS/UK.

gnatshooter
The article doesn't have a date so it could be from years ago. And sure enough it is. The bill is dated 4/28/2010 and it failed to pass pursuant to Senate Joint Resolution 1. Gotta wonder why John Birch doesn't put dates on its "news". I was corrected when I put it on FB, I hate that when you post something and it turned out it's old news
greenmist
JBS didn't re-date their article as it is the same legislation, with different assigned numbers: AB 138 and SB 124. Dems. taking a page from the ALEC playbook. Make no mistake:it's alive again. Kill it!
