The bill is dated 4/28/2010 and it failed to pass pursuant to Senate Joint Resolution 1. Gotta wonder why John Birch doesn't put dates on its "news".

greenmist Posted March 1, 2014 Author Report Posted March 1, 2014 JBS didn't re-date their article as it is the same legislation, with different assigned numbers: AB 138 and SB 124. Dems. taking a page from the ALEC playbook. Make no mistake:it's alive again. Kill it!
