Mean City Cycles uses memory foam to tailor the seat to the individual rider. He can move you up,down, forward or back to put you in a better position. A lot of the folks over at hdforums.com have had seats done by him and I haven't seen one complaint yet. His prices are reasonable enough that I want to give him a shot before spend $500+ on a new seat.
