  1. The Magpul MIAD grip can be confugured any way you want it. It comes with several different front and rear straps that can be interchanged. I use it on all of my rifles.
  2. They will work. The gas system works the same on the .223 and .308.
  3. Very Nice builds!!! Welcome to the Forum!!
  4. Its coming out 3rd Quarter of 2011. $880.00 Suggested Retail. It has a 18.5" barrel and two magazine tubes that hold 7 rounds each. It has a switch right behind the trigger guard that will change which tube it will feed from.
  5. Just like any other product that is put out, there are going to be some flaws at some point. Welcome to the Forum TXAGGO5!!!
  6. I had one on my .223. It does not add that much weight over a standard Flash hider to be noticed. I took mine off, as I sometimes pull up and shoot a coyote without hearing protection. You do not want to shoot it without hearing protection, as it is very, very loud. Now, I know some of you might be thinking that hearing protection should always be worn and I agree, as I have hearing loss from some loud noises I heard in IRAQ. But, when you are out driving, and a Wiley Coyote jumps out, you don't have time to plug your ears. Also, the back blast hits the shooter pretty good. As far as recoil reduction, It works very well. Welcome to the Forum!!!
  7. That is a good move on their part to address a problem first! They may make a few bucks before someone else jumps on the wagon!!!
  8. Welcome to the forum! Thats alot of stuff to put on top of the rifle. But, if you have a tipping mount for the magnifier and was able to line up the Eotech with the scope, it should work? There is a new leupold coming out that is 1-8 power that would work for close and long range. But if you need more magnification, I guess you could set it up like you are thinking. Try something out and put up some pics and let us know how it works out. Good Luck!!
  9. How about this: http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=24784/Product/LIQUID_TEFLON_MOLY_GUN_FINISH

  11. That is a good point! But I will drop it to $50.00 shipped for this rare RAT killer!
  12. Welcome to the Forum!!! Zombies do not care what you shoot them with!!! LOL!!!
  13. ***SOLD***This is a very lightly used old school Rat 3, they are now ESEE. Previous owner said it was unused and I only cut paper. I am leaning toward the Coyote Tan color these days. ESEE sells these for about $100.00, take this one home for $60.00 shipped.

Did all that look good for you Madhouse? I could send you an extra Tube and Magpul Black ACS stock I have, till I get your other one in?
  15. Welcome!!!
  16. On my build, the detent pin was so sharp, it was holding the pivot pin very tight. After tapping it in a couple times, the tip rounded off a little and its about right.
  17. Take a look here and see if this helps you. Scroll down the page and it gives you a step by step process with pics to put the lower together. Hope this helps. http://www.realguns.com/Commentary/comar196.htm
  18. It is very tricky, but I did it, so anyone can do it!!! LOL!!!
  19. There are 2 detents for the takedown pins and 2 matching springs. There is one detent, with the groove for the selector and it goes with the larger diameter spring. I am pretty sure this is correct.
  20. I have a Beta-C mag and its a blast. I will have to pick one of these up to try it out!!!
  21. I would think someone will be along to help you out. Sorry I cannot, but welcome to the forum!!!
  22. I like what they did with the Trigger guard!!
  23. That looks dang nice!!! Have you shot it yet?
  24. That look like a Great Setup!!!! Nice!!
  25. The JP tension pin makes the feel of the rifle a whole lot better without that little bit of wobble.
