You can do the assembly with three hands. Just get your spouse to hold the bolt as you put the parts in and squeeze the pin down. -

That's a relief, I have mine "Just in case". Used it and figured it was too hot and heavy !

Besides....the chest rig holds 4 (of the stitched in pouches), and I can keep stacking more if needed with the molle straps. Hypothetically........of course. :auto: Ron you shoot with a molle rig on ...WHY ? Too HEAVY !
