  1. Are transmissions ever cheap fixes? My last transmission problem was a 1996 Chevy 1500. Only slipped occasionally. Took the transmission shop 2 days to duplicate it before they believed me. Cracked the pump on one side. Had to replace that and a ton of other crap too. Thankfully still under warranty at the time.
  2. Welcome! Dont suppose you could convince the USGC to fly me up to shoot some kodiaks now? <thumbsup>
  3. :)
  4. So does DPMS. And theirs will fit more rifles...
  5. Congrats, mine is 6 now. I just figure to get to shoot em all...
  6. Larue. <thumbsup>
  7. Forearm guard is good to start with. Dont find that I need mine anymore. My recommendation is getting the bow to a real pro-shop and not a big-box retailer like Bass Pro or Cabellas. That is a decision you won't regret and well worth the cost to get everything set up right the first time. Outside of that, don't buy the cheapest but I don't feel you need the most expensive either to enjoy it.
  8. Guy buys a PMAG and mods it aftermarket. Gotta get paid for his work somehow... <thumbsup> Never figured how 10 rd and 5rd mags from DPMS were so expensive compared to higher cap mags...
  9. Found it! http://midwestpx.com/product_info.php?products_id=505
  10. Anyone looked at this yet? Looks mean as hell anyways, wonder how well it works. http://troyind.com/%20/suppressorsmuzzle-brakes/troy-claymore-muzzle-brake-7-62mm-58x24-multi-caliber
  11. Included paper target from Larue... Didnt make it to the range this weekend, stupid rule in city that a child has to be 8 to shoot... 6 year old girl was disappointed...
  12. Got a hat and some targets and a tactical beverage tool. I was sad I didn't get any dillo dust or bumper stickers but super thrilled I got it in 4 weeks instead of 12-14 weeks. <thumbsup> Bought the Eotech HWS and a magnifier. Gotta say though the Aimpoint mount feels like cheap garbage. Gonna have to replace that as soon as I can. Now I need a hydraulic buffer, titan compensator, and some pmags.
  13. Okay, my thread isn't worthless now...
  14. Let me correct that lead time. I got mine after 4 weeks. They made a big push to catch up the backlog.
  15. Ok, the new site looks great. They have stripped lowers now too for those inclined to build their own rifles.
  16. I got a Larue, I got a Larue!!! The 100 yard target shipped with the rifle has 3 holes all overlapped within a single .5" grid. Will post pics once I get some taken and hopefully get to the range soon.
  17. Don't red dot scopes suffer from a parallax problem? Holographic weapon sites like the Eotech don't.
  18. Ok, someone modified a pmag to 7 rounds and I can't remember who did it. Anyone gonna fess up to it?
  19. YAY!!! Shipped today, expected to be here tomorrow!!!
  20. So alelks, my Larue should be shipping this week. They made a mfg push and caught up the backlog. 8) SHIPPED TODAY, ARRIVES TOMORROW!!!
  21. We need a shoutbox on here. Sure would be more convenient...
  22. Gotta buy a guide too! In defense of the Larue purchase, I sold a 7mm Mag and a DPMS LR308 to buy this instead. <dontknow> (I blame my wife for this terrible decision)
  23. Yea, but that requires more money and patches are awfully cheap. ;) I welcome recommendations. I learned the Army way to clean an AR.
  24. Typically.
