Idk if I could wait that long without feeling like I was starving to death. lol.
  4. Will do, right now I just got to get her potty trained, never had to do that with a dog before though. Not sure I know what the hell I am doing. Kids are hard enough, but they can use words at least. lol.

  7. So you're actually a k9 officer? I didn't know that. can you come train my pup... and me? lol.
  8. Do you guys know of a good place to host it at?
  9. I actually had my 2007 crown vic going 140 in a pursuit while it was snowing. my Taurus is governed at 131 but even at that speed the thing handles like most vehicles going 100-110. Idk why it rotated my image. oh well.

the wax paper had to have some important use... otherwise why would the guy use it? lol. I might just ask a restaurant owner near me. He's actually a retired State Patrol Major and after he retired he opened up one of the best bbq places I have ever been to.

my thoughts exactly. sounds like shepp was rolling a joint, got hungry, and played with his meat.
  12. Vids would be great. after a long day at work, sometimes it is hard to read and remember what the heck I just read. lol
  13. You guys are great. I look forward to meeting you all. I think there should be a Wisconsin shoot since there is a decent amount of us up here. :P

I'm thinking of trying a different way of cooking them. Searing them first, then putting the rub on them and wrapping them in wax paper and placing that in tinfoil. Let it cook nice and slow after that. I have seen people do it in videos and it just peals off the bone. What you guys think?
  15. Lol. it's actually a spare... the best spare we have. We have a lot of guys driving them still. My car was in the shop though, it is a 2014 Taurus. I'll see if I can find a pic for you later or take one.
  16. any videos of this ammunition being tested?
  17. I still need most of the main pieces, unforgiven has helped me with the buffer tube, spring, and buffer. Once I purchase the upper and lower then I'll start begging you guys for parts. ;)
  18. She loves the snow. We got about 10 inches. Although on my property most of it blows off because the wind whips through the valley, unfortunately the wind took off half of the roof to my wood shed yesterday, and I'm not talking about just the steel but the plywood and 2x6s also. This year I will be planting about 4 dozen trees to hopefully slow the wind down.
  19. Anyone know anything about Radical Firearms? A buddy of mine showed me this https://www.aimsurplus.com/product.aspx?item=F1RFFR16556SOC15FCR&name=Radical+Firearms+.223%2f5.56X45+SOCOM+M-LOK+Rifle&groupid=11444&fprdct=1 It is out of stock now, but even if it came back into stock I was wondering if it would be worth it. I know nothing of the company, but for that price, not like I am expecting a 1 moa rifle.
  20. Went and got me one of those fully semi-automatic FUR Missles! Meet Dora, she's an explorer. 8 week old fully black German Shepard.
  21. My ideal build is free because I am broke af
  22. Aero is really expanding, making it basically worth while to almost build an entire rifle out of just Aero parts. Good for them!

A blizzard in early April doesn't keep a Wisconsinite from grilling outside. Behind my wood shed there should be hills that rise 1400 feet, was coming down so hard though that at times I couldn't even see the tree line. But man were those ribs good.
  24. Thanks for the information. I'll give it a shot next time I go to the front gate, I have to get a wood cutting pass anyways. I just wish this post had a decent PX. lol. The large hills around the area make for some great shooting experiences. I got to shoot at one of the longer distance pop up ranges when I was in the academy.
  25. Lol. I'll see what I can do. We put in for vacation time during December for the whole following year. We can get vacation after that if it gets approved but it isn't guaranteed. Kind of a crappy way to plan a vacation, but heck, I get a lot more paid vacation than a lot of other jobs. As for money, I'll probably have to beg borrow and steal to survive. lol. Anyone know if there is even a chance that the military will let civilians use their ranges? I live less than 5 miles from some of the best military ranges in the Midwest.
