    The reason for that is maintenance and security. To have variety just adds to my burden every time there's an update or modification.

    I tried to do this. Stuff changes too much for me to keep track. Beyond the properly mating of the receivers, there are aesthetic issues where some uppers and lowers wont look good together. If someone wants to champion this we can sticky it.

    If I like the results I think Cerakote will have some good applications at my day job. We have a very accurate oven. Im in charge of maintenance. I could very well see the use of a blasting cabinet and the ability to coat some of the machine parts. ;D

    Theres a cerakote that cold cures too. I have read it's more durable than Duracoat. Never seen it in person though

    I was actually considering of buying all the stuff to Cerakote. We have the perfect oven in the office.

    yeah for that price Im not considering anything else. The local shops here all use liberty.

    I just heard from Liberty Coatings. $55 to coat the stripped lower. I think Ill test them out
