  1. No wind is going to be a match for unforgiven. Glad your ok
  2. Well if all goes well I will throw this thing together tomorrow. I have everything but the buttstock and sights. Im getting mixed reports in when the magpul moe rifle stock will start shipping. I may use the Wilson rogers Super Stoc instead.
  3. Thought I would give one of the MOE+ a try. Tom's influence is pretty obvious
  4. Here it is. I might be getting a good deal on a few more 51T muzzle devices soon.
  5. For my 300 Blackout build I decided to skip the Young MFG bcg's I normally purchase and give this Wilson Combat NP3 Coated Bolt Carrier Group a shot. This is my first NP3 coated part. Pretty slick stuff. The BCG appears to be machined pretty clean.
  6. I think it's to safe to say there are bad experiences for folks with all companies. No companies products and services are infallible. Lets stick to the question of warranties as asked in the original post. Customer service and service after the sale is a whole other ball of wax.
  7. jeez they cashed my checks instantly
  8. It was one week shy of 6 months that they sent them back. How far along are you?
  9. My form 4's are back in route to the BATFE
  10. Well i had originally good experiences with Para when they were in Canada. Last years LDA does not work and they will not acknowledge the form i have filled out. I believe they are now under new ownership, Freedom Group. Maybe I have slim hope for resolution Ruger screwed me good. Sent in my Redhawk for a new barrel. The kind with the notches for scope rings. They butchered the top strap, then denied they did it. Got obnoxious and blamed me. That was Bill Ruger SR days. Maybe things changed with him dead Krieger as in Accu Rails made good on a hack job by another licensed gunsmith installing his system
  11. i just checked, tannerite again. Please pass along it along if you see it again
  12. Yes the threads are slightly conforming to each other
  13. no but not tight enough will
  14. jlaw the typical barrel nut tightening is done three times tightening. Tighten the nut pretty snug then back it off Tighten it again approaching the notch where you plan on stopping. Back it off again Tighten the final time on the desired notch. You will be surprised how much incrementally further the nut goes with each torquing
  15. Federal 147 grain Hi-Shok JHP Hollow Point 9MS - 1000 rounds
  16. Those are the two part tannerite. I think the kind Im refering to was black powder or something. They were like a 2" cap for a cap gun
  17. Anyone remember these? They were like a 2x2 piece of foam with a red bullseye on them. Even an arrow or airgun would set them off.
  18. Well my attorney is arguing with the BATFE. He has told me to do as they request as to not risk my applications. He is arguing on principle for the applications that follow. The investigator is going to her superiors for guidance.
  19. My 9mm will be FDE too. Roger has FDE levers... >:(
