I bought this US Optics Scope Level. Kinda pricey but it get's decent reviews compared to a lot of the competition. Seems very well made.

I have an old cheap Bushnell spotting scope. I know it cost less then $100 in the early 90's. It's ok at low magnifications but unuseable as you start to increase magnification. Whats a good bang for the buck spotting scope these days?
