Got a solid check engine light on my 2002 Tundra. Nearly 61700 miles. Im wondering if this a predetermined light based on milieage or something else. This vehicle was recalled for defective oxygen sensor. They were replaced two years ago.

I have not seen a .300 win mag in a semi auto AR. Are you sure it exists? Thats a physically large cartridge. That's why the wsm exists. To give near magnum performance in a smaller package.

I have decided to retire my 90's era AR-15 Magazines. Im going to standardize on 30 round USGI's magazines from Colt, Brownells, D&H with Magpul Followers and HK. I already have a bunch C Products, Lancers and PMAGS ;D I think what Im trying to say is I am standardizing on modern 30 round magazines with anti tilt followers <lmao> I wish the HK's were $15

Brownells is finally adding these parts to their catalog. Stock comes and goes currently but it's a good sign none the less.

DPMS sells to some non US military governments. They are always in a long backlog. Once in a while somebody gets one quick when they happen to be making that particular flavor. For the big guys in the field civilian stuff is low priority. The contract stuff comes first. Armalite does a better job making sure they keep flow into the civilian market. It's not efficient but they understand they need too. I canceled a barrel with DPMS at the one year mark.

Im a life long woodworker and as a result I have accumalted some fine cutting tools. I use Japanese Water Stones, Norton Water Stones, and a few other things to sharpen, tools, knives and hair clippers. In a pinch in the kitchen I have this Wustof or something cermic sharpener that works pretty darn well with little effort

Some handles are gritty due to the anodizing used. I have read that the gritty BCM gunfighters cause issues for some. As funds permit I am switching all my weapons to the MechArmor TacOps-1 mentioned elswhere on the forum.

My bolt is stiff in the carrier. Very hard to rotate compared to my others. So stiff the weapon has difficulty locking and unlocking on an empty chamber. Im going to pull it apart this week. I oiled the crap out of it and greased the lugs. I cycled the action until my fingers were raw from the charging handle. For testing purposes Im going to sawp bolts with another carrier to determine which part is the culprit

maybe once the weapon breaks in you can go back to a spec spring. I wonder if a Superior Flat Wire would help.
