Both piglet loads will be Barnes TSX loads - 185gr TSX and 210gr TSX. The results will be interesting.

Not many without handloading. I initially picked up a box of Federal Fusion to get it started. Need to get the press running...

Complete enough to test fire. Picked up an in-stock Wilson Combat .338 Federal Match barrel, 16" overall, midlength gas. Headspace checks out. Used the Geissele Super Gas Block again, and pinned it. Ready to toss a few downrange after I put a set of iron sights on it.

It's spring changes that make the difference between the trigger types, man. Some stiffer (trigger/hammer/disconnect), some lighter. The trigger hardware (minus straight/curved trigger bow) is the same.

That mount ain't moving. Did you look close at the attachment method? It's not going anywhere, even if you swing it at something. First, it goes over that spike sticking out of the bottom of the barrel. Second, it's clamped around the barrel. I'd hit someone with it, and bet it would still be right on the money.

I thought that, too, brother - hands up immediately. Old guy drops Bad Guy #1 (closest threat first), Bad Guy #2 hauls as much ass as he can haul, and THEN the gun comes out from the younger worker... Even if he was family, he'd get sent to some training. -
