survivalshop
My , that's a tight one . <laughs> Get another ejection port cover or swap one from another rifle to see if its the same on both rifles . I have a couple that are tight , but not like that . You could wear out the upper receiver with it like that . See what Areo has to say about it , call or Email them .. Robocop1051
Just looks like a tight door detent. No really good way to break those in, except for continuous use. I'd try a new door.

Christopher67
I finally heard back from Aero, sent them the 2 videos, they asked me to ship it back & they would either replace it or fix it. I guess this gives me time to think about what barrel/bolt combo i want to go with lol. <thumbsup>

The "A" one should though since it's for DPMS/SR-25 pattern mags.

You can use this LR308 kit (cheaper and interchangeable). And for the rail, anyone have any experience or opinions on this one? 1. So I take it that the "MI-308SS15-DHK MI D.P.M.S. .308 KeyMod Series One Piece Free Float Handguard, .210 Upper Tang, 15-inch Rifle Length" Would be the DPMS High, cause the Aero Precision M5 Upper receivers are "DPMS High". https://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_ID=1230
