I couldn't tell you what mine is even made of. Haven't seen the top in so long I have just forgotten. To me a clean workbench is a sign of a demented mind.

OK, so you want a poll?  Here's a thought:  If we all cleaned up our benches, how many ARs could we build (any caliber) with the spare parts we would find?  (Not to mention under, around and behind the bench).

This is my bench in the garage, as I said in my other post I wanna paint my 1187 so this is my work bench in the garage. I normally clean the garage spring and fall well it needs it lol. Although I disassembled at the living room coffee table

Would only find springs and pins ! But alot of them !
