Kingchooser Posted October 19, 2015 Report Posted October 19, 2015 Any chance someone could measure how far back the cheek riser is on their Magpul PRS stock? Impatient as I am, I'm wanting to go ahead and make my Kydex cheek riser for the A2 stock I am using, and my m5 upper doesn't get here for another five days. Distance from upper to the cheek piece is what I'm looking for.Thanks for any help.

survivalshop Posted October 20, 2015 Report Posted October 20, 2015 I would wait for the Upper receiver & mock it up & make your decision on where you want it . You are making a custom fit to your Cheek weld on an A2 stock , the Magpul is set up for a wide range of shooters , not that that's a bad thing . I assume this is a 308AR & a longer Charging Handle , correct ?
Kingchooser Posted October 20, 2015 Author Report Posted October 20, 2015 Yes, and you are right. The urge passed. I hunted for a recoil pad instead. Anyone here ever had luck with one of pachmayr's decelerator slip on pads on an a2? If so, what size did you order? Thanks
