SCOTUS Denies To Hear

Apparently Clarence Thomas and one other justice wanted to hear it, but the rest of the "conservative" justices did not.  Apparently neither the conservative nor liberal wing of this very political court were sure how it would come out, so  were afraid to hear it.  Allowing political subdivisions smaller than states to make gun laws is a disaster for anyone who travels.  Bad enough that the states are different.  Our rights are hanging by a very thin and rapidly fraying thread........

Madison Wisconsin once had a semi auto ban, I'm really unsure what happen to it. I remember as a kid my dad and someone else talking about it. I was of hunting age, 11-12 so early 90's.
