best full length buffer and spring for LR308?

using A2 Full Length tube,  and DPMS BCG, 20" mega barrel.

i ordered this from amazon but wonder if it's ok?

the reviews say no it really doesnt do the job...return it or stop it from coming....get the correct parts ...so no heartburn later on
