Magwa
Ok so then I can leave my trust as it is now I go for a drive and my wife and I are wiped out in a car wreck the trust is setup to go to one of my children the oldest first so at that time will there be a hassle of finger prints and photos so it can be passed on? 392heminut
I haven't seen that issue addressed so I can't say. I know that beneficiaries (as opposed to trustees) won't have to submit prints and photos when the trust applies for a stamp.
