Single shot follower for lar-8

Anybody know where I can get one?

Mind if I ask why ? Why not a single round in a 5 rd. mag ?  I've only seen those for service rifle competion AR 15's and M1 Garands.

Looking to  use longer than mag length with my reloads. Don't know why the pics are upsidedown, but the first is what I currently load to and the second is touching the lands. Both with 175 smk. If I try berger vld the oal would be even longer touching the lands.

I see what you'r doing now brother.Might just have to sacrifice a mag and make one up.

I'm ok with sacrificeing a mag.  I've seen them for the small platform and dpms but nothing for RRA.

At the very bottom, it says FAL pattern is "Coming Soon!", so you might have to call and ask someone about it.  Beyond that, you'd probably have to just make one, as I don't know of anyone else who does....

I just received 2 LAR-8 complete uppers from RRA & both had tags on them saying not to single load cartridges w/o using magazine. I too, use Bobsleds on other rifles & was puzzled by their warning. I thought maybe it was hard on the extractor or..........?

  I think they worry about slam fires , the Extractor might see some advanced wear , but should be minimal . Just alter a Mag . as said .

Bob has gotten the "Bob sled" design finalised and I've tested and it works flawlessly. Just shoot him an email to order, he doesn't have them out to his distributer's yet. Tell him Erick from VT sent you.
