I figure that if I play with it that much then I deserve a new spring
washguy Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 Mali 1.5 million cycles of anything is a bunch... think of the valve springs in our cars..... Wash
jtallen83 Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 The only thing keeping me on the fence with the Geissele buffer/spring set is the proprietary size. I like as many parts as possible to play well together.

I have fired this rifle ( my Piston build, Mid. length gas system ) a couple of times & there is no noise & action works flawlessly . The thing i see that I like is the coil count , less coils , less friction in the Receiver Extension & less chance of Spring bind ,( if thats even an issue) . I like it , the next one will go in a DI build ( BRO Receiver set ) & the way the Brownells Barrel is shooting , may have the same barrel on it . Think of this , when was the last time you wore out a Buffer spring or Buffer , for that matter. Edited October 23, 2016 by survivalshop
