This'll be my first attempt at building anything rifle related and I am very excited about it and this site. Basically, I want to build a hybrid AR that can be used as an all around rifle: CQB, decent reach, good accuracy, reliable and eat almost everything. I think you should have no problem accompllishing all your goals (as long as you don't mind building 3 rifles to do it!) You know how it is, you can build a gun that does one thing extremely well or you can build a gun that does many things well enough.
