What twist rate

What twist rate should I have on my AR10 or what are the pros and cons of certain twist rates my armalite came with 1.11.25 twist

I know this has a lot to do with grainage of bullets just not sure how to apply it

Heavier twists favor heavier bullets, and vice versa. When it comes to stability at distance, heavier twist and bullet is the favorable combo.
