That's where John Noveske got his start.  Once he branched out on his own, he had PacNor make all his Noveske barrels.  The barrel makers also worked for him, so when they clocked out from PacNor at the end of the day,they clocked in to "Noveske Rifleworks" and started making Noveske barrels.

Pac-Nor is back up and running, brothers.  Looks like they fired back up in October this year - but 2020 SUCKS and nobody here knew.
