Benson Posted February 25, 2020 Report Posted February 25, 2020 I'm looking for an AR-10 barrel chambered in 300WSM. I am hard pressed to find one on any website. I'm sure there are barrel manufacturers that will do it. I would like to stay under $500 for barrel and bolt. Can anyone help?

Ravenworks Posted February 26, 2020 Report Posted February 26, 2020 How much have you researched this cartridge? You will need to have machine work done on the upper for large casings. Then there is also known feeding issues. It is however a nice cartridge that has a lot of potential
Benson Posted February 27, 2020 Author Report Posted February 27, 2020 I have read a lot about the cartridge in AR-10 platform. There are certainly many challenges to make it function properly, but I am up for the challenge. Also 98Z5V, I emailed KAK and the VP emailed me back next day. He said they do not sell just the barrels or bolts. They purchase barrel blanks from green mountain and cut the chambers themselves. I wish I had the tools to do that!
