The MA TEN is an Armalite patterned upper with DPMS compatible barrel nut threads. It's definitely a large AR.

 

OP, your best bet would be to find a Mega Arms MA TEN lower.

Sorry Mega Arms was bought out a few years ago by Zev technologies and they don't have information available for the MATEN.

I believe that is a small frame 308 like Adams Arms , Dpms gen ii. Zev bought Mega and produced a small frame 308 for a while. I have a small frame (SF) 308 Adams Arms upper and went through the same thing.

The MA TEN is definitely not small frame.
