HammerDown
I don't do a lot of loading for gas guns and it occurred to me that I might need to crimp 6mm ARC in my AR platform. Are you guys putting a slight crimp on your 6mm ARC handloads?
edgecrusher
On all cartridges that are loaded for auto feeding weapons with a necked case, prefer Lee Crimp Dies
jtallen83
No 6mm ARC but I would second the Lee crimp die and crimping everything for an autoloader.

You crimp EVERYTHING that goes through a mag-fed gas gun, no exceptions. I've seen bullet set-back first hand, and it's not pretty. These ain't bolt guns, and all that fancy bolt-gun "neck tension bushing" shiit for setting neck tension - belongs in bolt guns. Only. Not in gas guns. Yes, I crimp my 6 ARC handloads with a Lee Factory Crimp Die. From the very beginning.
HammerDown
I use the the Lee Factory Crimp Die for all my handgun loads. Time to put one in the shopping cart for the ARC. 👍
