Well, I've finally figured out my poor ejection on my Wilson Combat 308 Tactical Hunter,, I have a broken extractor?? one half of the extractor claw is sheared off! this is one of those funky light weight BCG's on their web sight, last night after 6 rounds of 147gr Winchester, I had a failure to eject with a double feed.. damn!

If you are going to replace the extractor might as well take apart the ejector and operation. Just my 2 mags

Yep, I had a KAK industries ejector and spring in there with NO improvement.. finally put the Wilson Combat stock parts back in? no better, no worse, so yeah, I'm pissed, and the TR-BUK-10 AR-10 (yes, dammit, I know its NOT an AR-10, tell Wilson Combat) did NOT have the promised ejector spring, and the extractor spring included will NOT twist down into the spring recess on the current extractor and lock in.. I destroyed completely the factory extractor spring getting it out of there gently, and then NOT gently attempting to turn it counter-clock wise to take it out... can you say "CHIT" boys and girls??? I stuck it all back together so I could reassemble my rifle, hopefully Wilson Combat will send me an extractor or two for a .308 AR?? we'll see??? I have a small frame billet receiver set on the way as we speak... CHIT! CHIT! CHIT!! see what happens to your supporters when they get a hang nail?? CHIT!

Thank you, I found brass shavings had contributed to a very stiff ejector. I should have such problems 😅 spring should fall in , surprising how that micro $hit will be an issue. Pipe cleaner

Just to update on my broken extractor, Kent at Wilson Combat is going to send me a complete bolt for my rifle, he did not have a new low mass BCG, and did state that they were trying to "get away from them", echoing 98's word of wisdom, anyway, he is sending me a phosphate bolt and told me to feel free to mix or match with my NIB bolt as desired,,
