I went thru all the topics And besides a ver specific post I couldn’t find anything wild game related, which surprised me.

one of my favorite chefs is a man named Hank Shaw, I have had the pleasure of hunting with him I love his cook books. 
 

made this tonight it’s  kinda like deconstructed shepherds pie, I used ground antelope and venison stock.

Had some ground meat left over and I didn’t want it to go to waste so I made venison egg roll in a bowl last night. Turned out pretty good I subbed Bachan’s Japanese bbq sauce for the coconut aminos, and to save time I just got a bag of slaw mix
